An Unflagged Hotel Is Your Own Creation

If you think you’d make a great hotel owner and manager, and you start looking into hotel finance options, you might run into the terms ”flagged” and ”unflagged”. An unflagged hotel basically refers to a hotel that isn’t part of famous-name chain… yet. Getting hotel financing for an unflagged hotel can be very exciting, as your establishment will be one entirely of your own concept and creation. Are you worried you don’t have enough experience to start your own unflagged hotel? I might first try my hand at a bed and breakfast, see how that works, and then maybe I would have enough experience to confidently expand into the hotel business.
