Business Plan

I would love to open up my own restaurant even though I know it will require a lot of long and hard work for the first couple of years. I have been working on my restaurant business plan software and it seems to me that it will take approximately 3 years for the business to run with a profit, barring any extreme catastrophes. I think I am up for the challenge and I hope that it will be as rewarding as I dreamed. I have a lot of experience working in a restaurant and now I think it is time to put that experience to work in my own place.
