All businesses are a combination of complex moving parts with individuals and different personalities all working together. With this is mind it is no suprise that conflict resolution is one of the skills that is required by the management teams in order to keep things moving smoothly. We all have different ideas and wish to proceed to do things in different ways, it is this that calls for the skill of conflit resolution as the manager will look to make sure that everyone gives their ideas and come to a concensus in order to keep the business running smoothly.
