Early Bad Decisions Result in Heavy Debt

My friends Jeff and Christine got carried away early on in their marriage when it came to buying things for themselves and their house. Soon, their debt had become unmanageable. The two of them took out first one then two debt consolidation loans to keep up with the mounting debt. Then Jeff had a car accident. Instead of taking the insurance money and buying a safe used car, they financed a new car. Finally, they saw the error of their ways and are working on slowly paying off all their debts. They have utilized Dave Ramsey’s method of snowball debt reduction and are doing very well now.
