One thing that really amazes me about my little brother is his tenacious efforts to maintain his credit rating. He’s been through the same trials and tribulations as all of us, however his credit record is impeccable. How does he do it? He has a credit repair company watching his credit record. If he signs up for a credit card they see the “inquiry” hit and call them to tell them to take it off. It’s that simple. The inquiry’s can make a big difference when applying for a credit card because they look like you were turned down and make them question why.
