Plastic Surgery Gone Wrong

I need to speak with solicitors in Cardiff. I think I’ve been duped by my breast surgeon. I checked in for a breast augmentation surgery a month ago. We had written agreement for a revision policy. I was not fully satisfied with the initial job that the surgeon did on me so I went back to his breast clinic for a revision surgery. He says he wouldn’t perform the revision unless I pay for it. I showed him our written agreement that we both signed and he said it does not stand for anything since it isn’t a legal contract. I need help!
