Starting a Diner

When my wife told me that she wanted to be in the restaurant business, I told her that she should consider something else. It is a very difficult way to make a living, and many a soul have wasted a whole lot of resources on ventures that fail. She was not dissuaded by me though, and she hit the books to see what it would take to get started. I was impressed, as I had no idea how to start a restaurant business, but she found out all of the paperwork, marketing, and other processes that need to be completed. Looks like I will be proved wrong.
