My Number 1 Goal Will Be To Lose Stomach Fat Fast

I am excited about this New Year coming up. I decided that I would invest in myself last year and it really paid off. I decided to set goals and although I didn’t reach all of them I certainly came close. This year I am going to start setting my new goals and one of them is going to be to lose stomach fat fast. I focused mainly on other areas of my life last year and kind of neglected the exercise part so this year it will be my number one focus. I plan on setting a goal of exercising at least 4 times per week for 30 to 40 minutes. I know this is attainable so I’m going to go for it. I have told all my family and friends about it as well so that they can hold me accountable.
