NLP – emotional ‘K’

Exploring NLP: Internal state – this area primarily examins the emotional ‘K’ we ‘feel’. Emotions play a major part in any marketing strategy, in the way that companies don’t necessarily sell the features of a product or service, but rather the benefits to the individual. And, of course, benefits in effect are all about emotions – i.e. how the product/service will enhance a buyers’ life, make certain processes easier for them, and even make them happier!
Forming an understanding of how these emotions drive out behavior is key to any NLP training plan. By examining basic values, you could form a marketing plan to appeal to people holding varying levels of values, and in effect, could create a very powerful marketing campaign.
