Cutting down on fatty foods and an exercise workout can make all the difference

Why would anyone not want to have full and rich experiences in life? I can speak of this first hand because when I let myself go a few years ago I found that it really affected my fitness levels. I also had greater difficulty with sleeping at night. Since I changed my attitude I cut down on fatty foods and started to engage in a regular exercise workout. As a result I now have higher energy levels, sleep better and look and feel much better. Several friends have made comments that the changes are noticeable and I seem to be doing much better.
