Getting focused on health and fitness by attending a weight loss retreat

My husband has really piled on the pounds the last few months due to stress and working long hours. Although I try to cook for him his work schedule results in irregular eating and the consummation of a lot of take away food. He has some time off coming up so I have taken the opportunity to book him into a weight loss retreat. This will help him get focused on the importance of his health. If he comes away with a little extra knowledge and discipline then the cost of the retreat will pay itself off in the former of better overall health and fitness levels.
