Hubby and his hair loss

All I seek, if anyone can tell me, is a natural hair product that will help with the hair loss my husband is undergoing. There are so many products out there from hair sprays, shampoos and conditions that do not work. There is a product in the market that consist of tablets and serum that supposed blocks some hormone that impacts your hair thus causing it to thin out and ultimately lose your hair. I need something that will not have any sexual side effects. Supposedly Procerin is a good one. If anyone knows or has had experience with this product can you write about it.
