Most people are trying to lose weight. There are a few people that need to do the opposite. You want to make sure when you are working with gaining or losing weight that you do it safely.
It is important when you are looking to gain weight that you do it by looking at what you eat. You do not want to eat a bunch of sugar. You do not want to gain weight by eating an unbalanced meal.
Gaining weight is a science just like losing weight is. You need to do it safely over a period of time so that your body can adjust.
