The benefits of using Workout bands over free weights

While free weights are the number one choice for people doing strength training I don’t think they have been accurately educated in how workout bands offer just as much versatility and even some unique advantages. Consider this, when you are lifting a dumbbell the maximum weight you life is when you’re over coming gravity at the beginning. once the weight is started momentum plays a role in moving it through the entire motion. In contrast when using resistance bands the beginning part of the movement is the easiest. As you stretch the band further it becomes more resistant, so the workout your muscle receives is more consistent through the whole movement rather then just at the start.
