There is a reason why most free online diets include fish in their diet plans, it promotes fat loss. Most fish have fatty substances that are high in omega three, a nutrient excellent to increase heart health and ironically, to help lose weight. Fish are made up of the good fat, the fat that reduces the cholesterol in the arteries. Fishes like salmon, tuna, and sardines are crucial for a healthy diet. Of course, because these fishes have some fat in them, it’s important not to eat too much. Fat is still fat and if you eat more than your body can burn, it will turn into storage making you fatter.
