    Making an Offer on a Dream Home

    My husband recently got a huge promotion at work. He is now making almost double what he was before. Since we have this extra money, we have decided to purchase a new home. After looking at a few properties, we decided to make an offer on a dream home. It has everything we could ever want. Moving In Los Angeles can be tricky, but since we are ready to do this, it has been very exciting for both of us.
