Looking for budgeting freeware

I need to find some type of on line site that offers budgeting freeware. I am looking to track my bills, calculate expenses, and define my budget. I have found a few internet sites that offer freeware but I am just not sure if one is better then the other. I want something that is easy and simple to follow. I am not the best person when it comes to paying attention to my finances and I am really in need of help that I can understand. The freeware needs to help me figure out where I am wasting money.
