Part of Life: Medical Insurance

I can remember the day like it was yesterday. I was 22 years old and leaving home for the last time. In the previous 2½ years, I’d been away to college, but I always came home. This time was different. I was getting married in two weeks and moving over 250 miles away from my childhood and young-adulthood home. It was a difficult time for me. It was a time to grow up and begin a new chapter in life. The good news is that I had a lead on a good job, my wife to be already had a job with medical insurance, and we had a place to live. It was all very exciting and new and something that had to be done.
