Christmas is the time of joy and happiness so it is not hard to figure out why prevent foreclosures at Christmas time. People need a break in December when families and relatives are visiting.
Christmas is mostly about children as parents want their kids to have a good time and remember good Christmas. By going through foreclosure during Christmas, no one will have any fun or happiness.
The children will be as stressed out when they see their parents stressed out and having to pack up belonging and move out of their homes. Instead of putting up a Christmas tree, they have to pack everything.
