An inexpensive alternative to air conditioning

I know this may not be high on your list of priorities right now — since it is a cold or time of the year. But very soon the warm weather will be here, and if you are looking for an alternative to hotels in Switzerland with air-conditioning, then I would suggest you look for a hotel that has a swimming pool instead. At least for me, being able to take a refreshing dip in the pool — especially late at night — will serve to cool me down just right. No matter how hot the weather is, if I can just go swimming for a while, I can get cool down and sleep very peacefully all through the night. I saved a lot of money this way, not having to choose a hotel with expensive air conditioning — I go swimming instead.
