What Role does Mutual Support Play in Motivation?

In most of the cases motivation is derived from mutual support. This is because when a human being finds that there are more people like him/her, he/she treats himself/herself better. Mutual support brings in a sense of self respect. This then converts into the motivation to carry out different things.

So, it is needed that one must socialize with people who have similar interests. Human beings learn from their environment. Therefore, people who possess the same qualities respect each other and push each other to do various things. Like they say nobody can be a winner in the company of losers.
