Deposition of stomach fat

In these times, people are more bothered about their work and just ignore their bodies. What they don’t understand is that investing in their bodies is an investment for a life-time and the best gift one can give oneself. You can Lose Stomach Fat if you exercise persistently. The saying “In a healthy body resides a healthy mind” couldn’t have been more true. There are some misconceptions especially amongst youngsters who have good bodies that they don’t require exercise and can get away with whatever they eat. When we are at our prime, then the metabolism rate of our body is the highest, so we may not require exercise as such. However, as we start ageing, our metabolism rate also gradually decreases and this results in the deposition of fat.
