Why are service providers so eager to help?
February 19th, 2012 by admin
We live in a world where so many companies are offering the same products and services and they are competing amongst themselves for clients. Even though the number of clients remain relatively the same, companies that are coming up these days are so many and each of them wants to have the better part of the market. This is one of the reasons why these companies are doing their best to please their clients in order to retain them. If for instance you needed help today, maybe with your Hotmail login account and you contacted your email service provider, it will be a matter of minutes before you are helped. The service provider knows that if they keep you waiting so much, you may get frustrated and start looking for better services elsewhere. The companies are also looking into adding to the number of clients they are currently serving and they are planning to do this through their current clients. If I forgot my Samsung password for instance, and I sought help from the Samsung manufacturers, who in turn helped me immediately, I will tell most of my friends, relatives and colleagues about it. This way, I will be marketing for the company indirectly and most of the people I talk to may choose to go with Samsung because of what I halve told them. These competing companies are really clever but the good thing is that they are doing all that for the benefit of the clients. I can now for instance access faster services, quality services and the best products in the market because my manufacturers and service providers do not want to frustrate me.
