Take Advantage of Public Records
March 28th, 2009 by admin
Ted finally figured out that the land he wanted to buy was priced much too high. There was something fishy about the whole deal. Ted wanted that piece of land but he didn’t want to be stuck on the price. So, he went downtown and did some research in the county public records, and guess what he found? The piece of land he’d been shown and the piece of land that the guy actually owned were two different things. The guy showed him a portion of the land he could legally sell and a portion of land that was owned by his brother and not for sale!
