I have a friend Sean that is a boxing enthusiast and he will spend as much time as he can watching boxing. He spends the extra money to watch it on pay for view rather than waiting until he can watch it for free. As a boxing enthusiast he says that punching bags are a must for training purposes. His father boxed in his earlier years and Sean remembers him practicing at the bag. It improved his technique and strengthened his punches. The punching bag is a vital part of a boxers training as it can take repeated punches without harming the boxer.
