Is this very expensive?

I love the idea of using technology to make meetings easier. Right now we spend a lot of time travelling from site to site, so I was thinking that maybe we would be able to better use our time if we got set up for video conferencing between our different locations. Is this very expensive? I need to figure out whether it would fit into our budget this year or whether I will have to plan it for a bit further in the future. I also need to see how often we would be able to use it rather than meeting in person to determine if it is cost effective for us.
