Xbox 360 Red Lights — Some Hints
March 15th, 2009 by admin
There are a few ways to minimize the risk of experiencing the xbox 360 red lights problem that you may or may not be familiar with. The basic cause of the problem is overheating inside the Xbox 360 console. Many people have their Xbox enclosed in an entertainment console where there is very little ventilation. This compounds the problem of lack of cooling inside the Xbox by letting what air can escape get trapped inside the enclosed entertainment console and the entire area gets overheated. Your best bet is to keep your Xbox 360 out in the open and even place it on end instead of flat on the floor. The main cooling mechanism for your Xbox are the holes drilled in the console in order for the heat to escape. But these holes have to have a free and clear path to outside cool air.
