What is in Holmes County

I have been trying to figure out some things to do for my kids this summer. I like to do all kinds of things with them, like exploring caves and just learning about nature. I have wanted to take them to some places that have natural historic parks, and such, but I am just not sure where to go. I have seen a lot of things online about Holmes County Ohio. I know that is Amish country, and that it itself would probably be a fun thing for my kids to do, but are there any other things in that area, like parks and museums?
